can i use IRF640/9540 for testing the F5?
i just have alot of them. so i think mybe to test the amp before put the irf240

Why bother? If you want to test the operation of the jfets you can do that without the output devices connected. This will also allow you to verify that the bias voltage is set to close to zero so you do not blow up your outputs when they are connected.
