Hi all,
I am new here.
I have recently brought a Crown xls602 to power 2 sub drivers. To start the Crown does not have a switch for bridging. So I want to use both channel one driver each, The signal is from a receiver sub mono out.
Can I use a y RCA cable from the sub out to 2 channels of the Crown amp?
thanks

No, because you need the signal to one channel to be 180deg out of phase respect the other to get the bridged amp working properly. If a simple derivation cable, both amplifiers will amplify the same signal, so no audio output to the spk.
Osvaldo, he says there is no bridging the Crown amp so he wants to take the mono 'sub out' from a reciever and use a Y cable to split it onto the two channel 'in' on the Crown and run a woofer off each channel so the answer is yes Tony, it's that easy.
