You could.
Keep in mind that the KT818 has different letters after his number.
KT818A, KT818B and so on.
My database fonts are a bit corrupt for the moment so it doesn't give me the correct letters.
Anyway, different letters stand for different voltage.
KT818: NF/S-L, 40..90V, 10A, 60W
A=40, B=70, Õ=50, â=90V

As you can see, only the A and the B are useful. To be safe I would take the 90V version.
Same applies to the KT819.
This is a pure electrical interpretation. I can't guarantee that the amp will behave the same way as with the original transistors.
You will need Mr. Elliott to tell you more about that.
