That's the stock tonearm from the (Trio) Kenwood KD-550 direct-drive turntable.

Pioneer because the counterweight looks like the one on my PL-12D turntable.

AFAIK came out of the CEC factory.

Most certainly not!

Looks like an OEM type and resembles some cheaper Japanese arms of the early 1970s

That, and there isnt an SME mount either.
