Hi can anyone identify this phono stage ?
says hybrid phono board issue B
would it be any good ?

Who knows. Could be good, could be junk but for 22 quid, maybe worth a gamble.

I see SSM2134 op-amps, apparently the SSM2134 is an NE5534A clone with somewhat worse equivalent input noise current (see SSM-2134 pdf, SSM-2134 description, SSM-2134 datasheets, SSM-2134 view ::: ALLDATASHEET ::: ). The correction network seems to consist of 1 % metal film resistors, a 1 % polystyrene capacitor and two polypropylene capacitors (assuming the blue things are polypropylene) per channel.

I don't know what the discrete transistors with all the electrolytic capacitors are for. An extensive supply filter or some sort of discrete preamplifier stage?

All in all, it looks like it is well worth 22 pounds. It's certainly not cheap consumer rubbish optimised for the bare minimum BOM costs.
