Ok... I'm doing some repairs and I'm having trouble finding a data sheet for this IC and thought maybe someone here might have seen this before. It appears to be distributing a clock signal of ~11.2896MHz to four AK4524 Audio codecs... Here's a pic.
The markings as far as I can tell are as follows:
MK70-1
231120A
0240CA
If I have the orientation correct then the output on pin 6 is going through the 33ohm resistor and then to the four AK4524 codecs...
I've tried Google and distributor/manufacturer websites, but came up empty. Does anyone have any idea what this is and what the pin out is?

11 years later... literally.
Found it or something close (11 years later). Found this by chance looking through a list of obsolete parts. In case anyone else was looking here is the data sheet and part number of a chip that matches in footprint, pinout and usage.

What is it?
Multiplier and zero delay buffer. Clock goes in and gets multiplied and the rising and falling edges of input and output are synchronized making a perfect multiplication of the input signal. ICLK * 4 is the configuration in the photo which is from the main board of the ST Audio ADC&DAC 2000 box. Originally I was reverse engineering it to make a windows driver but the PCI card was stolen along with that old PC. Now I'll be converting that box to USB with a 44-pin adapter. Just waiting for this USBstreamer thing to come in the mail. Have other things to do but maybe I'll make a post on it someday with photos. 😉
