Can 6SN7 rewire pin replace 7119?

You can rewire and replace the B9A base with an IO base but totally the wrong type of valve.
A 6SN7 has totally different characteristics.

As Jon says DON'T do this , it bears no logical-technical-engineering reasoning to the design reality of a circuit DESIGNED for a E182CC which in my industrial Mullard handbook is a SQ (special quality ) industrial tube .

On the other hand if you are influenced by comments of--sounds nice/smooth etc be aware that might be because of the larger inter-electrode capacitance's but that in itself has drawbacks.

90V is the plate working voltage on the E182CC as opposed to minimum of 250V on the 6SN7---notice the difference ?
