I am planning a camper conversion and thinking about the hifi. I have alpine components that can go in the front doors and a rockford sub but I want something with a bit more finesse for the living space.
My thoughts so far to get an even sound all through the back would be a line array with small drivers running from rear doors to the cab along the ceiling. This could also be used to compliment the front door speakers while driving.
Does this seem feasible or any other ideas please?

If the conversion will have cabinets/storage, a restroom, a refrigerator, heater, sleeping and seating areas, there won't be many points to sit and hear the audio. Why not just place two speakers for each sitting/sleeping area to allow you to maintain the stereo, L/R separation?
Thats most straight forward but will need other zones for seating area etc. My thoughts of a line of speakers for left and right along ceiling could be affective from bed, living area to front cab so will be useful if moving around. Just got make sure everything is aligned from front to back. If i have seating area one side, a different zone will have to be created to keep stereo spread.
