Does anyone know anything about how to produce "camera finish" on metals and which metals will be suitable. I'm sure you have read and heard about the term - camera finish as on sme and other high qualty tonearms and of course on cameras too.
I searched google and other places for the methods used but most of the information refers to cameras WITH camera finish. Is this type of metal finishing achieved by electro-chemical or vapour deposition like plating or anodising or by chemical etching?
