Instead of using a tube amp to provide 200W, I think it will be way better to use speakers with high efficiency, let's say more than 96dB @ 1m.
Since the subject of SPL was introduced, here's an SPL calculator that will help determine audio levels using room size, seating location, watts available, speaker sensitivity, etc.

Tinnitus is very real problem if over exposure occurs.
