Not too many 200 watt tube amps other there. This one is a time tested design. Know of any other 100+ watt tube amps using kt88/6550?

Instead of using a tube amp to provide 200W, I think it will be way better to use speakers with high efficiency, let's say more than 96dB @ 1m.

Tinnitus is very real problem if over exposure occurs.
