Cambridge Audio 640C v1 problème knobs and remote.

Hello.

Cambridge Audio 640C v1 CD player.

No response on remote and knobs
Only on/off knob works manually and with remote control.

I tested:
bad soldering- nothing
bad contact - nothing
All knobs tested ok with multimeter



Any ideas?

I don't understand why the knob on/off works manually and with remote and all rest knobs no works at all......
