Great, thanks for both of those comments -
1. So I will eliminate the line at B
2. I can move the whole T- Line closer to the magnet of the longest speaker depth and add felt behind it which will either increase the line or I can make the box a little smaller
3. I will make one of the sides removable so I can exchange the T-Line assembly to match the different 3-4" speakers. The assemble will have foam on the top/bottom edges so the side will press to seal along with bracing and polyfill the first 2/3 of the line then adjust.
4. The speaker opening will fit the largest speaker and the smallest one will have a surround.
5. Using a windows tablet with Peace parametric, I will give it a little EQ with low/high shelves and a gentle treble decrease to handle the BSC.
