hello . my english bad .
ı have cadence a2000+ zed audio
this amp is work . no problem
but I want change output transistors . because
channel 1 output fet 2x buz103
ch 2 output fet 1x buz103 1x irf540
ch 3 output fet 2x irf640
ch 4 output fet 2x irf640
what is the original output fet this amp ? buz103 buz11 ?
orijinal output fets brand motorola ?

I don't know what the originals are but if you look at the solder connections for the transistors, it's often easy to determine which were flow soldered (original) and which were soldered with a regular soldering iron.
amplifier board photos .
ı can't find buz103 or buz11 .
what I use transistors ? maybe irf540 ? irf640 ?

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

This amp is interesting to me. It sure is a Zed Audio built amp but doesnt actually say Zed audio. i can tell by all the proprietary NW and PROT circuits. Interesting since I've seen a few Maxxonics brand Cadence amps; this one is not like ones ive seen.
As for BUZ11/103, I'm sure Perry would be the difinitive source for an alternative. I've seem similar parts in RF amps which use Buz11/103 a year or generation before RF switched to IRFx40/9x40.
What are you seeing for rail voltage?

thanks for reply
I am novice . ı have a multimeter . dc voltage test
dc voltage rating 4 capacitors near -0.65

ı want to say my amp is already working.. that's 8 transistor are different model . ı am thinking if ı change transistor (all of them same models transistor or high quality with compatible transistors )
maybe it's gives to high quality sound .
what is your opinion about my mind ?

I would think all eight outputs are the same model and most likely the irf640 but could be wrong. Depends on the drive transistors, maybe Perry would have better insight on that.
That's why I asked for the voltage rating on the caps. That would tell us what the maximum voltage on the outputs would be.
