I have a few extra pairs of RCA jack connectors... I know they are best used for the inputs, but can also I use this kind of connectors for speaker outputs? (the output power should never exceed ~20W per channel)
Another thing is, I plan to use Cat6 ethernet cable (full copper type) for connecting the speakers to the amp (as suggested in Full Range forum, if I remeber correctly). Can/should I use the same for connecting the amp to the source?

Well you can and many small powered speaker systems do. In the far distant past HAM radio operators used them for antenna connectors at well more than 20 Watts. But they are a poor choice for any propose.
