. Ok so I repair drive. Change out the sn74hc02's on the driver card along with the driver transistors 2n4401-03, voltage regulators are all perfect but the output mosfets still explode. I assume this has to do with the timing of the turning on and off of the high and low side transistors. What is responsible for this?

That is the high side gate drive at the via for transistor. The low side has damage now that the fets blew so there is drive on pins of the driver card but not at the gates now. I believe the driver transistors were damaged. I traced the signal and it stops at the Second 2n4401.
This amplifier does not blow the output transistors perry rather it goes in and out protection is the outputs are fitted. Pin 3 of output driver card is sitting at 0vdc.
You need to use your scope in differential mode to check the low-side drive.
I'd load the FET that you're probing with a 1000pf capacitor (g-s).
