Difficult. These are usually very good, very old (and very poisonous too). I think the HGS6077 is a bistable relay. You could test with 3V on the coils and then going up to 5V etc. Maybe the "6" in HGS60xx says 6V.

Please: I am pretty sure you know the health risks of mercury so please never throw these away in normal house garbage. Today one even has to explain/label them when discarding them as not many know what mercury is as it has been banned for a while now.

And tiny amounts of mercury can dissolve(*) large volumes of aluminium alloy, so needs very special procedures for air freight...
(*) Technically not dissolving, but forming an amalgam and catalysing large-scale oxidation of the metal.
