10 elna lao or nichicon kg or superthrough 4700uf 25v or 35v. But i consider
Elna cause they are cheaper
btw can someone here tell me bout caps use on dac board cec tl 51 xr
(c1 4700uf 25v, c12 0,1uf 400v etc) im afraid i was wrong to replaced caps

CEC TL 51 was one of the great CD transport as people always
said these CD give RAW DATA as "Vocal Out" better than other
And some review for the CD " DAC " sound was great from some
magazine but as i know TL 51 XR never stay for a long time
I used my TL 51 XR as transport with DCS elgar and it is played
song beautiful
as i read and print someone mods on TL 51 XR before
(on diyaudio thread before but not found it anymore )
maybe this is better as reference before mods

Hello. Interesting. I own a CEC TL-51 transport and an outboard MHDT Orchid tube dac. What specific improvements did you note with the modifications to the power supply, demodulator and servo boards? What is this cost? Also, what values are the four (4) fuses?Did you replace the fuses? Would you do anything differntly today? Do you still use your CEC? Thanks. Peter, Seattle.

I have been having some mods done on my TL 51 XR and run in to some issues with the DAC board. Wondering if anyone can assist trouble shooting with this. We have voltage present, signal when starting to play, Digital out working , relays closing when powered but no music?
