Hi! I would check again if grounding is really ok. Did you connect the GND terminal of the turntable to the terminal labeled "SIGNAL GND" at the back of your DJM700? Any piece of wire will do.
The cable appears to be flat, so unclear how it implements the coaxial form required by unbalanced connections. Astonishing as it might seem, a normal cheap RCA interconnect might be better.
It's advertised as a line level cable. looking at the Oyaide website its not one of their cables, but possibly their connectors.
Try an old used pair of video interconnects. They use decent quality coax cable. Just strip off the 3rd cable and run the pair. Normally they are low capacitance, just what you need for a TT.
