I wonder if there's a replacement (equivelent) for these transistors?
BUZ901DP & BUZ905DP Series of output transistors. I ordered these from Dalbani in the UK but was told they're out of circulation and it'll take about eight weeks for them to have the manufacturer produce them to fulfill my order.
So my question is, are there Other L-Mosfets that can be substituted for these.
All suggestions are welcomed.

I did visit Cricklewood, searched for the parts which they have, went through the checkout proceedure, then came time to pay for the items & was given the message below.
"Thank you for trying to order from our website.
Although It's not possible to order directly from outside the UK, you can still order by either email, fax or phone.
Perhaps you can send your card & expiry details split in 2 normal emails.
You'll then get a customer number. Your card no. is held on our secure database until expiry date,
so there is no need to repeatedly send card details.
You can also phone +44 20 8452 0161 or fax +44 20 8208 1441 orders to us.
Delivery for small orders to anywhere worldwide costs £7.00. Delivery for heavier items is charged accordingly.
There is 17.5% VAT (sales tax) to pay if you are in the European Community.
Outside the EC there is no sales tax applied our side.
