Hello! My name is Alberto, and I'm starting to develop a DIY projector. I'll use a 7" LCD, with resolution 1280x800. I'm really interested in getting some information about lenses manufacturers.
Can you recommend me which are the best fresnel lens and triplet (projection lens) manufacturers? Are the chinese suppliers like optolife reliable and good quality?
I look forward for your answers, since the optics is the only part that I'm missing to be able to build the projector.
Please, take into account that I'm form South America, and we have some problems with import, so I won't be able to use shipping methods like DHL or private couriers. That's why I asked for Chinese suppliers. Items send by hong kong or China post mail appears to reach my country with no problem.
