I do not understand, why an unsoldered IC requires "relabelled". I bet those are still for the trash or before generating some money.
The real trough, would, be to show the pure diy and then compare. Just look how to do diy style
The ones offered there are clearly used ones. Only a fool buys such stuff. Parts and spare parts could be bought when stuff was reasonably current (within 5 years from purchase) from distributors. Or at the moment end of production is announced but this may already be gambling. Not decades after their heyday from dubious sources as one never knows what one will receive and how stuff was treated.
