Looks effective and a heck of a lot easier to glue, Scott. Thanks. No band saw, but I can tilt my jig saw.
@Scottmoose I am planning to implement the baffle braces as shown in green here http://wodendesign.com/planset/Megalith-teaser.pdf . Do I need to adjust the dimensions of the first section of the horn in order to compensate for the volume displaced by the braces?
Current plans take thre brace into account.
Originally designed sans the baffle brace. The first one we built without had serious baffe ringing. We had to get creative to install the brace, but it was effective.

Hi Dave,Current plans take thre brace into account.
The Maeshowe plan for 15mm material does not show the baffle braces, and the first section of the horn is specified as 25.4mm. I do see the baffle braces in the 18mm plans, and the first section of the horn is specified as 28mm; larger, to account for the baffle braces made from 18mm material.
This leaves me wondering what to do, as I am using 15mm material.
This is the only 15mm plan included in the PDF that I received via email. PDF file name shown at top.
The 18mm plan (next page) is from 2021 and includes the baffle braces.

If it helps at all, Scott sent me the email with all the Woden Megalith Series plans on December 15, 2023. I didn’t realize at the time that the included Maeshowe 15mm plan page was deprecated.I’ll work on getting the up-to-date drawing to you.
Thanks in advance. Hoping to re-cut the baffle braces and start gluing soon.
