Building speakers with two 3" bass/mid...

I am going to build a pair of speakers with two 3" bass/mid in each speaker.
I dont know if I am going for a bassreflex or a horn construstion?
What do you recommend

Hm... why not build with Tagband drivers?
They have superior specs compared to those Audax drivers.
