Gave up on making my own power supply boards and instead i went with these. 4 of them should do running 2 for each toroid. Also ordered 8 x 1500uF 100V Chemi-Con KMH caps and have 2 more dozen .1uF 400V film caps comming as well. Now just gotta find some suitable T0220 Rectifiers, which shouldn't be hard. Probably looking at 20-30A units and call it quits for the power supply.
Thanks...
will keep you guys updated...
These are the "decoupling" caps along with some MKT's across from each rail to 0V and GND
Also,
Found the rectifiers i will be using...
On-Semi MBR40250-D should be plenty for my application
Good luck!

Just noticed i posted the wrong link...
Here is the proper link to the PCB 🙂
Heavy Duty CRC Power supply kit
Power Supply Boards showed up today and Started "stuffin" them right away with parts i had on hand 😀
Here's the end result...
Still missing :
R1 - R 10 : 1 ohm 3W 5% - 32 pieces
R11,R12 : 2.2K 3w 5% - 8 pieces
D1 - D4 : MUR2020 - 16 pieces
D5 : 1N4007 - 0 Pcs
C10 : 10uF 63V – 4 Pcs
R20 : 3.3K 1/2W if the AC input is 24Vx2
LED : 3mm green or red LED
C7, C8 : 0.1uF 100V - 0 pcs
C1 – C6 : 4700uF – 15000uF 50V or 63V – 0 pcs
Seems like I have a trip to make to the EPS and do some shopping 🙂

Been very busy at work and had no time to work on it so it got put on the back burner 🙁
HOWEVER...
At work they were upgrading some of our servers and seen this !!!
As you can see these bad boys are rated for a Maximum of 51.7V and 57A !!!!
At a mere $12 its a bargain !!! Has anyone tried to experiment with these ???

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

sorry guys got really busy with work, and i forgotten about this site...
I received the following items from LEPS
R1-R10 -> 40 Pcs Dale 1 Ohm 5% 3.75mH
R11-R12 -> 10 Pcs Dale 2.2K 5% 3.75mH
D1-D4 -> 16 Pcs MUR2040
Still have to order the torroids from antek and figgure out a case
This thread is way overdue for an Update !
I will be ordering a case in the next couple of days from Par Metal along with heat sinks.
Case is a Custom 12 Series chassis ( 17 x 8.75 x 15 ) with a 8 x 4 x 14.95 C channel that runs down the center of the amp housing the soft start and torroids.
Heat sinks are 2 x HS-0712-b ans they are going into a 1.5" C channel and will be setup as forced air units.
Fans ( 1 x 80mm on each side ) will be PWM controlled by a temp probe in the middle of the heat sink that will keep them at 20% untill it reaches 28C where the controller will be ramping the speed up gradually as temperature increases.
Transformers should be here Tuesday and they are 2 1KVA Antek AN-10440 I spoke of earlier...
In theory...
40VAC x 1.4 = 56VDC @ 12.5A per rail
I should see 112VDC rail-rail @ 12.5A
I'm still on the fence about running this as a true dual Mono Blocks with independent power supply's or tie the supplies together for even higher current delivery.
