hι guys.
if i power buffalo with two extra 3.3.volt how much current they need?
how much current wii need the vd with 1.2 volt trident instaled?

it says that buf without tridents requests 290ma and with tridents 450ma so 450ma-

290=160ma/3=53ma

then each 3.3volt input requires 53ma?

i just am not sure if current is equally shared at the 3 aux inputs for tridents.

what i want to do is replace the two tridents with salas but i don`t know

how high i need to adjust the current.

The Tridents replace the on-board regulators. So your number is way too low. Just measure the current on the Tridents. I recall Russ mentioning how to do this on the support forum.

You could just measure the current draw of each section.

The 1.2V section draws a lot more current than the 3.3V sections, which are also not the same current draw, but similar.

Back, you are using Salas BiB? Than set 100mA would be just nice.
