Buffalo III SE Dac built

Hi:

Another one, yes. Although I have been a DIY enthusiast for a long time, my experience mostly has been with tube electronics. Parts and soldering eyelets are bigger and much less parts.
So I have embarked on this DAC built and I hope it turns allright. I finished with the all the boards parts population. Started with the Placid HD supply, which was difficult for me at first until I got the "hang"of soldering such small eyelets.

I have included some pictures of my built so far.

Before proceeding with the project, PS testing etc. I would appreciate an answer to some doubts I have. Such as:

1. Fusing, is a 1 amp fast blow OK?

2. In the IVY board there is a small white block called SW switch, does it have a specific orientation? There is a small white dot on the board and the switch was oriented with the small circular indentation on top towards that. However in pictures I have seen of completed boards, the writing orientation on the top of the SW does not coincide with mine?? If there is no orientation req. this would be academic.

3. And what would this about the jumpers in the IVY optional?

I am looking forward to its completion. Bad luck that one of the QN transistors for the HD BP came in wrong; one of the 4 transistors came in as a BC560j32 instead of a BC 550.
