BUF634 sure is, I thought we were talking about your suggestions - OPA549 and LM675? Both of these are regular (albeit very high-current and high-voltage) opamps. I'm no expert in electronics, but I did check the datasheets 🙂

don't think I was the one to suggest OPA549 and LM675. I would be another concept. I think first the decision must be taken what the performance goal is. Then you select the solution. In diyaudio it is often the opposite.
