Is this on the gate leg of the FETs?

It appears to be on the IC.

Are the FETs in the circuit? There should be switching transients/glitches on the rising and falling edges of the waveform. They were there before. Grounding the probe at a different point shouldn't have eliminated them.

Does twisting/pushing/pulling on the transformer make a difference in the idle current?

no it stays the same.

Are all (12?) FETs getting hot?

Do you have all 4 rectifiers out of the circuit?

i put 2 in for each bunch.now only one group is getting hot i checked the signal its different from the rest. should i pull that drive transistor?

Yes. The PNP driver transistor (A1275?) is likely defective.
