I picked up these PSB Stratus Goldi speakers a few days ago and one of the frames is broken. Looks to be some kind of fiberboard. Can this be repaired somehow, or am I looking at having to replace them altogether? I'd also like to replace the cloth, any suggestions/caveats welcome!

It's MDF. Not very strong where the section is thin.
Strip the cloth off.
Option 1 - just use lots of glue then sand down any raised areas.
Option 2 - cut away an area and glue in a fresh piece of material - MDF, ply, thin wood...
Daub some matt black paint (or pale wood will show through the cloth) then recover with new speaker cloth.
It's called 'speaker cloth'.
Fix it on the hidden side with hot melt glue.
