Since we are dealing with links here, I guess it might be fine here (otherwise, please change the place, please) to report the fact that I noticed when you actually click on the title of a thread you are automatically redirected to the last post.
Maybe, may be, the previous function was a better choice because it went to the first post which is what you expect from clicking on the thread title.
On the other hand, maybe, may be, that function is redundant since in order to go to the last post of the thread it's enough just to click on the date of the post you see on the right side of the same page, which is actually just the last post of that thread.
🙂

You're right, it's exactly as you describe.Maybe I'm not quite following you on this but if I click a thread title from either the front page or from any forum I am taken to post #1 on page #1 every time unless I have posted in that thread in which case I am returned to the last unread post.
I'm not always logged in when I read, and I hadn't noticed this difference.
In summary: if I'm not logged in or if I'm logged in and I've not posted in that thread and I click on the thread title it always takes me to the first page of that thread (as one does expect).
If I'm logged in, then it behaves just as you described above.
Thanks. 👍
This getting annoying resulting in loosing threadsand others dragging behind...........General problem issue = log-on takes 5 mins, then to get on to a forum another several minutes. I´ve got good internet speed but clearing out cookies and associated rubbish doesn´t help.

I'm no expert on this but given we have not had any other users reporting issues like this you ,ight look at trying a few other things.
On Windows if you open either a Command Prompt or PowerShell and type:
and press Enter you should get something like this:
You could also try using a different DNS provider such as Google or Cloudflare as a test.

In case anyone's based on a remote island somewhere, the ping times I get are more in the 300-400ms range (it could be something else, but the point is I'm not having a problem.)
Okay folks.....sorry for the holla...found my issue. Windows updated a system file and reset auto sync´d with Onedrive (which I normally have disabled), hence the enormous time drag. Firefox browser for once isn´t to blame and is working fine, The Onedrive is a data sucker and operative hanger, normally I allow it once in a month to do a previous date back up.
Carry on ..........

I don't exactly know whether this is a "broken link" or maybe just an "obsolete link text" . . . . .
When I click "Mark All Forums Read" I get a popup window which offers a link to Commercial Sector. But when I click that link, there is no Commercial Sector. Perhaps it got split into several pieces with new names, or perhaps it got merged with other stuff and the name Commercial Sector changed. But in any case the "Commercial Sector" link does not take me to anywhere named "Commercial Sector". Screen grab attached.
