Hi,
Is there any possibilities of making aleph 3 as mono? Which making 100 or 120 watt into 4 ohm and 60 to 8ohm?

Yes you can make mono.
I think it probably makes most sense to go the parallel route if you have 8 Ohm speakers that are reactive.
If you had 16Ohm speakers then you could do balanced output.

No. There are several aleph amps but the aleph 3 is by definition one using 2 pairs of output devices and a +&- 25v power supply. This power supply of 25 v limits the output to 30W into 8 ohms. If you run a pair of them in parallel you still only get 30 W into 8 ohms. For more power chose another aleph with more pairs of mosfets and higher supply voltages. For example the aleph 5 uses 3 pair of output devices and 34v suply rails and does produce 60w into 8 ohms.
You are confusing the guy.
It can be done but it won't work exactly the way he hopes cause the amp is limited by current.
8 Ohm speakers are almost never 8 Ohms, they can often go to 4 Ohms or lower in which case going parallel might make sense. If he has 4 Ohm speakers then it definitely makes sense.
If he has 16 Ohm speakers that aren't too reactive then going balanced would give him a lot more power.
Aleph is not the best amp for it, neither is ACA, yet the options are all there to do all these things with the ACA which is even less capable.
It can be done but what exact speakers are you using?
There might be a better amp for the job.

Not sure of the OP's reason for running Aleph 3 in parallel. Perhaps instead of running the Aleph 3 in parallel, why not bi-amp instead?
Are we talking about a factory Aleph 3 or an Aleph 30?

Just like ACA , making aleph 3 as mono to creating more watt per channel .
I'm not sure whether it can work.

i just found out there is no point of bridging mono or parallel it,
just increase the output fet like aleph 2 will do .
