Breakfast...then why fast

Many here are of the opinion that u should eat less for dinner. But then in the morning, u should BREAK FAST. It normally means u should eat heavy.
This comes from the long period between the two i.e. dinner n breakfast.

I am always surprised by this thinking...

If you are going to remain without food for that long, why eat less for dinner and add to the disaster.

If you eat a big dinner, chances are your wasting energy to digest it while asleep...... then you'll wake tired, eat less first thing and eat more later.

Yes gmphadte coconut oil and other similar oils are excellent.

You might look at low carb' diet and explore that.
There is a lot of good work being done in this area.

Thanks, I am a rice eater throughout my life. It is the staple food here, eaten with coconut fish curry. Earlier, I ate wheat chapati for breakfast, but now I get stomach ache as it is too much sugar. Eat oats currently.
