Hello everyone My name is Shavoree I own a M- Audio 88 keystation, and a few months ago my keys begin to get stuck. After I took it apart I noticed my poor PSRE223 Yamaha just laying there. I thought maybe I could take the motherboard from the M-AUIDO and transfer it to the Yamaha. I would like all of the functions of my midi controller. Is this possible and can some one point me in the right direction. I'll try to continue my search in the forums just in case this topic has been dragged through the mud. THANKS..
There is a thread on organ forum electronics forum about what all brands of keyboards use the same keyboard subassembly. Look at that. The yamaha keyboard is apparently still in production and used by several brands with different cpu pcb.
