OK, skipping ahead............ overkill, no; too little actually depending on available power.
As I noted earlier, [per Hornresp] it takes a > 7" dia. vent to handle rated power at a low enough vent mach [for most folks] whereas two 4" = 'only' a ~1.4142x 4 = ~5.657" dia., so in theory will need much more damping, possibly to the point of 'killing off' too much 'rumble'.
FWIW, with a 7" dia. vent, HR 'says' 4.77 Ft^3 converts to a ~13.27 L/4 ft^3 tuned to ~24.8 Hz and even then it's a 30 m/s max vent mach due to its 86.5 cm/~34.05" length.
