BOUGHT THIS LCD PANEL will i need a special lead to connect to pc

Bought this lcd panel off ebay for £115.00 it comes in a hard carry case power supply and all leads not sure if this includes the lead to connect it to the computer but if it does not where can i get a cable from also is this panel any good.

use the tv3000 to feed the panel with video signals!
