7815 regulator was bad and when I change it is pulling current. The ground and output if same regulator is showing short. Checked all components near to it but none bad.

On the two banks of outputs, what's the resistance across the drive circuit. Measure from the source leg/pad to the striped end of the diode.
This amp is used by Planet audio as well as others. It uses a potted driver board with an IR2011. The larger ones are repairable (2 IR2011s on their driver boards) but it's not likely worth the effort if you have only one of these to repair.
