You can leave the 150 ohm for now.
Are you sure that the voltage on pin 1 is right? Is the IC still out of the circuit?

I rechecked the pin1 is 0.114v.You can leave the 150 ohm for now.

Yes the optocoupler is still out of board.
I don't really see a problem with this circuit. Was the output stage oscillating when you saw that it was drawing 1.2 amps?
U7 isn't for the protection circuit. Why did you pull it?

Yes outputs oscillating at 1.2 to 1.3amps. Q8 sends signal to u7 which makes pro signal go to ground. When that happen pin 8 of 3525 discharging.
Ya diagram is not completely matching. I removed u7b since you told me to measure voltages on comparator. Are you saying that the diagram doesn't match your amp?
How long has U7B been out of the amp?
My intention was to give you an idea what is making amp go into protect and on cycle. Isn't removing Q8 or removing U7b is the same? I actually pulled u7b that way I thought of telling you disconnecting Q8 solved the problem. I am sorry if that cause problems.Didn't you say that simply pulling Q8 allowed the amp to power up?
I can't see what you're doing and I don't know why you did it if you don't make clear what's been done.
If the problem is solved with nothing missing from the circuit but Q8, that isolates the problem to that transistor (did you check it for leakage) or something in the comparator circuit.
On your board, what pin of what optocoupler is connected to the collector of Q8?

Yes the q8 is leaky. Thank God. I dont know how I missed it. Thank you sir.I can't see what you're doing and I don't know why you did it if you don't make clear what's been done.
