I'm searching for schematics for a Bose 1801 amplifier. Made during the 70's, it's rated at 250watts/channel in 8 ohms. Any info on transistor substiutes would be apreciated also since they are proprietary numbers of which I can't find any data on.
I'm trying to fix a blown channel (two shorted output transistors). I've replaced the outputs but there is another problem.
Also anyone having some type of experience on this amp would be fun to hear from you. It's a massive and impressive amp power wise.
