I got a Bogen RM-300 at a radio show last week,,, seems to work good on all inputs except AM,,, I found an operation manual but no schematic anywhere, any one have any info, or schem to share for this one??
Thanks..
Thanks..
Hi Hugo,,,
Thanks very much !!
Where did you find that!?? I've been searching all over since I got the receiver,,, I found the operators manual in a few places and DLed it, even printed it,,, but this didn't seem to exist!!! I better print this also, before it disappears!!!
I needed pilot lamps for it also, but these were all I could find,,, so I soldered pins on #47 lamps and made my own!!!

Google. I just typed "Bogen RM-300 manual". First link was HifiEngine.
There is a gap in the schematic on page #10. You'll need to fill in the blanks 🙂
Nice job with the pilot lamps!

I finally got a chance to look for the problem with no AM on this receive... I took readings from Q1~Q5 both E to C and E to B,,, And each pin to ground, as the schem states... The readings don't look too good,, I tried to trace the signal from the antenna fwd, but no luck,,, any thoughts are welcome!
Seems FM also uses some of these transistors, but at different voltages,,, and FM plays very good... Also the tuning meter needle seems stuck in the center both AM and FM...
Thanks
