Hi, I have looked frantically over the internet for a scematic to my Bogen CHB20A PA amp. Even Bogen themselves dont have one, does anyone have any suggestions on good sites on the net for old tube amp schems? 😕
Trace it out yourself. With most of it drawn, other people might be able to fill in the gaps with some educated guesses about component values if you can't do it yourself.
Thanks, I am trying that, I am just really new at all this stuff. I thought I could look at a schematic, and compare it to what I see in my amp to become familiar with everything.
I've got a schematic for the chb35A (7868 push-pull mono PA amp); I'll scan it and send you a copy if you'd like.
If you Google "CHB20A" you will find several places willing to sell you the drawings. You might also go over to www.ampage.org and ask if anyone there has it scanned. Converting a Bogen to guitar amp is a popular project.
