Tried ordering the PCM5102 dac board as the seller recommends.. But has anyone on here tried it? I tried googling CSRA64215. Can not figure out who makes that chip?

I am a bit late on this thread but your antenna is at wrong position most probably. So, you put antenna on PCB and most likely there is ground below antenna which should not be. This effectively block signal. Also, you cant solder piece of wire directly on antenna because there is still antenna connected and out of IC you should have 50 Ohms impedance. When you put wire you mess with hole setup. Even if you put antenna correctly, meander antenna you use here are not known to be very good. Best would be to find module with some sort of RF connector, use 50 Ohm cable and put antenna directly on other side of connector, out of enclosure and use simple whip antenna. If you still want to use this kind of setup then your antenna should be out of PCB like picture show in later post and in the same time use non-metal enclosure.
