I’m using latching relays instead. It’s like a normal relay except the contact is magnetized so it sticks to what ever side it’s pulled to by its two coils. They only need a pulse of power to switch. So I can use 3 momentary push buttons on the front cover to switch between channels, I think the project looks and feels classier that way. I would never put ss junk in the signal path unless it’s absolutely needed. The trick to the whole thing is how to get the other relays to come back up (unlatch) when I new one goes down (latches). I’ll give you a clue it’s all done with diodes, very similar to what I have in the PCB pick I posted.
