Update

I have contacted Dale (harvardian) and he
agreed that we can use his layout,
He also told me that he have about 150 output boards left for sale. price is $3.00 ea plus shipping. so i think maybe we shall buy them from dale?

I am a little confused.. 200x500 mm is a really HUGE board!
Which PCBs should include such a board?
Pics or drawigns are welcome

Yes, why not. We can save on shipping costs if we buy together.

Output boards

Yes we could buy some output boards from Harvadian together.

What about the other boards........ produce them in Poland?
I would prefer boards with metalization because they are better of quality especially when it comes to repair.

Andypairo, i forgot to say that the main pcb for bls is stereo and there are 2 psu boards for every channel 🙂

Sjerko, I will opt for metalization too 🙂
and produce the rest in poland as they seem to be cheap here 🙂

anyone who is intrested in group buy please mail me - i want to estimate how many boards we need so
include "group buy" in topic and how many boards you need

Hello!

First Big sorry for being little inactive
last days - i really had a big bunch of work to do 🙁

bu there is a good news i called those two companies and send them semi final layout for quotation

i decided to split it into 2 parts one for bls and one for aleph so from now they are avialable separately!

boards will have 170u copper , silk screen , soldermask and will be one sided made from 2,4 mm fr-4 laminate
i decided to make the outputboards 4 cm as it will improve theraml managment 🙂

So from now please mail me wich boards (aleph or bls) you want and how many

i hope to post the prices tommorow
