I keep blowing the fuse when I connect the amp board.
I'm sure I have the board wired right. Can anyone tell if I have the power supply wired right to the transformer?
TIA

I keep blowing the fuse when I connect the amp board.
Try a a soft start with a Variac, and maybe a somewhat larger and/or slow blow, fuse.
Disconnect the amp board from the power supply.
Verify the power supply before connecting it back to the amp.
Blowing fuses means you have a serious wiring/circuit issue.
Better pictures and info will help to solve it.
If it's true that the fuse blows when connecting the amp board, I wouldn't be so sure it is wired right.

This is for a power amp for my pre amp so I just need mono.
I can't believe I 'm not able to figure this out. I'm sure it's something dumb.🙂
Thanks for helping me.

Apexjr.com has a really good pictorial on using a common return transformer.. I will see if I can find the link..
before you kill anymore fuses or potentially your chipamps look up the "dim bulb tester" threads and info i think it's worth your time and money and should save you from releasing the "magic white smoke" from your project.
