That is very sad news . My deepest condolences to his family and close friends .
Bill was a good man . I had a few phone conversations with him when I built my first amp . He was kind and gracious soul . The world has lost a good one indeed .
A pleasure to have known you Bill .

Very sad news, he's even answered some of my questions before and definitely a loss to everyone. I wish his family the best.

day before yesterday i came home and saw an email from Bill's son . i couldn't open it because i knew and i didn't want to read it 🙁
over the last few months that Bill and i had been doing our jfet sales , we became friends . talked or exchanged emails daily . sent packages of fets back and forth .
since i've been here at diyaudio , i've learned to just read , never ask . Bill was not like that . if he had the answer , he'd let you know .
Bill's friendship and passing has left a lasting impression on me that won't soon be forgotten .

Cheers Bill ,
Woody

My deepest condolence to Bill's family and friends. Bill was a nice man. He had help me with my Aleph 5 and was always there to answer my questions and guided me through the process. Without his help, I would have given up DIYing my Aleph. Thanks, Bill. RIP.

To the Fuss family my condolences.
Bill helped me a lot.
Gentlemen, try not to become men of success. Rather, become men of value.

Hi,
I'm posting this on behalf of Bill's son, Bill Fuss III.
On the evening of July 5th he suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm and
was airlifted to a hospital in Tampa Florida. He slowly started to
recover and seemed to be making progress. He was nowhere near the man
that he used to be but he was still with us, and over the days was
starting to remember more and more. He didn't know his family or
friends anymore, but oddly remembered he had to ship some transistors
down south somewhere..
This tells it all ..🙁 My deepest condolences to his family , RIP Bill , gone but not forgotten, godspeed...
Hello all DIY er's. This is the arrangement we have come up with for Bill Fuss' memorial. I understand all of you may be very far away from the location we have selected. But if you have the means, and are willing, you will be welcomed in to our celebration.
Rather than write a whole announcement again, I have quoted the text from my mothers announcement.
Regards, Bill Fuss III
p.s. pm me if anyone has any questions.
