I don't think these are Electrolytics.

Those are MKP polyprilene in oil capacitors, they have been tested and they are great within specs. I have ten of them and they are in Italy

They are 27cm. long, 8cm. diameter and 1838gr. each

Generlly these are good, I have smaller 47uF in aCLC for my 300B. They don’t wear down and stay correct for ages. There is no fuse inside like in some MKP’s. So apary from the price - use them!

MKV is the Siemens designator for capacitors built from metallized paper as the plates, and polypropylene foil as the dielectric. No oil inside.
