poohbear? How dare you insult my intelect! JK. Its just plain dumb not to have antivirus IMHO. I didn't for years, and would have to restore my system anually. Now i have recived well over 100 viruses via email, downloads etc, and norton blocked them all 🙂. Get a mac... they are better in many ways (I refused to belive it for years).
and i will remain to refuse it...how DARE you speak of macs... hssssss lol macs suck period, too pricey for very little, 500$ for a decent vid card no thanx! lol

With out doubt linux is stable, but its not quite there yet as a gui. That and the fact that there are so many different flavors, its quite a bit of a pain to put out a universal piece of software for "linux." That Jed from Texas could install. If you have ever done video editing, web design, graphic design, on a mac, it is so freaken seamless 🙂.
im not interested in video editing of any sorts, but i must agree with you macs are amazing in that category! but you can get good results with a Pc using a matrox card and relevent data! (again IMO)

iv'e been a pc tech for 5 years and now im going for my mac certifications i like mac's now. i also like pc's but mac are my fav

I also am planning to be a PC tech specialist, are associates in networking any good? i dont trust these recruiters from "Katherine Gibbs" NY, i would liek to have an opinion of a pro.
Gibbs gives out MCse certificates and im hearing that degree are better, whats your say on this.
