Biasing this symmetrical Class B Amplifier

So I have found this schematic but don't want to use it in Class B which it's currently in. As it's using the 2sk1058 pair I don't need complex biasing so could I just add a resistor between the base and emitter of the 2n2416 and 2n3440 transistors then some 1n4148 diodes or similar in between the bases? If so what value resistors should i use? Or can the trim pots on the input pair adjust bias or is it just for DC offset adjust?

dude this is class AB amp. Look the bias net of the 2n5416 for example. The resistor 1,5k and the 470k trimpot determines the base voltage for 2n5416 and the 2sk246 the bias current. As the 2n5416 is on, he's biasing the power transistors as well.

Adjusting the 470 ohm trimpots to a lower resistance will increase the idling current in the output devices. If that doesn't get it as high as you want it, then increase the 68 ohm resistors. No need for anything more complicated.
