Don't know where I found them, but here is what I have:

.MODEL BF545A/PLP NJF( VTO=-1.7372 BETA=1.16621E-003 LAMBDA=1.77211E-002 RD=9.01678E+000 RS=9.01678 IS=2.91797E-016 CGS=2.2p CGD=2.2p PB=7.80988E-001 FC=0.5 MFG=PHILIPS)
.MODEL BF545B/PLP NJF( VTO=-2.3085 BETA=1.09045E-003 LAMBDA=2.31754E-002 RD=7.77648E+000 RS=7.77648 IS=2.59121E-016 CGS=2p CGD=2.2p PB=9.91494E-001 FC=0.5 MFG=PHILIPS)
.MODEL BF545C/PLP NJF( VTO=-5.0014 BETA=5.43157E-004 LAMBDA=2.71505E-002 RD=1.20869E+001 RS=1.20869E+001 IS=3.64346E-016 CGS=2p CGD=2p PB=1.24659E+000 FC=0.5 MFG=PHILIPS)

Thanks anyway for the post but your models seem to be exactly the same in my link.
They work but do not have the thermal parameters to simulate the bias point at zero Tempco.
I know that someone argue that this is achieved in roughly VGS = VP + 0.63V, but from the simulations this seems to be not always achieved.
