better alternative to PCM2704C

Dear friends!
I'm looking for affordable DAC chip for diy headphones amp with:
1) built-in USB
2) simple 2 channel analog output
3) dip or soic case (hand soldering)
4) low THD+N
5) under 50$ price

At this moment I found only PCM2704C, that has all these features. Are there better options in terms of sound quality?

I've read many times that pcm2702 is somewhat better than 2704. But I have never really tried 2704

You're better off getting a cheap CX31993 based adapter and using it to feed your amp.
